The Possibility of Time Travel- Part 1
Everyone wants to time travel. In future or in past. There are some movies and novels which shows that how one can do time travel and how this will affect the surroundings and people around that person.
From Doraemon to Flash everyone is busy with time travelling. We all know that going in the future or past is not that simple. And yes we don’t have that much technology either. It is nearly impossible that some will do time travelling. But beside that time travelling is possible with different scenario.
How someone can time travel to future?
There are certain things that will be needed for that
1. Wild Imagination
2. Black hole
3. Technology, so advanced that we can travel to black hole
4. A Rocket with the speed of Light
5. A Watch to keep a track of current time
The things listed above can only help us to travel to future.
What we have to do then?
The first thing on that list is imagination. You have to imagine the whole scenario. Second thing is black hole.
So where you can find a Black hole?
Black holes are some of the strangest and most fascinating objects found in outer space. They are objects of extreme density, with such strong gravitational attraction that even light cannot escape from their grasp if it comes near enough. . A super-massive black hole appears to inhabit the center of the Milky Way galaxy, about 27,000 light-years away. Which is the nearest black hole from earth. The distance is so much that with current technology it will take 43,000 years to travel one light year. That is the main reason why imagination is top on the list. 😀
Black holes are fantastic sources of very strong gravitational fields. So just imagine that you are sitting in the space shuttle/rocket. When your shuttle is too close to black hole, black hole gravitational pull tries to pull the shuttle into the hole. Then you have to just do one thing, start moving around the outer periphery of black hole.
The question now will arise that if the gravitation pull is so much near black hole how can space shuttle survive?
The answer is simple you just need one more thing from the list, speed, and start moving circularly around the black hole. Live example is SUN : gravitational pull of sun is so much that it can pull the earth and every other planet towards itself. But instead of going towards the sun, earth and other planets rotate around the sun hence the gravitational pull is balanced by centripetal and centrifugal force. So using the simple technique you can save yourself from the gravitational field of black hole.
The last thing on the list is watch. In the next article I tell you what will happen after all of this . How the watch will react? Can we travel to future really?
