“If we learn to accept our limits we go beyond them” Albert Einstein .We can say this for our paralympic games participants and winners who are the “real winners”.Most of us never stop to consider our blessings; rather, we spend the day only thinking about our problems. If we go by GOOGLE’S definition it says

The Paralympic Games is a major international multi-sport event involving athletes with a range of disabilities, including impaired muscle power (e.g. paraplegia and quadriplegiamuscular dystrophypost-polio syndromespina bifida), impaired passive range of movement, limb deficiency (e.g. amputation or dysmelia), leg length difference, short staturehypertoniaataxiaathetosisvision impairment and intellectual impairmentintellectual impairmentintellectual impairment

Calling these people athletes  with “disabilities” is like  calling a winner a looser.A big round  of applause  for these emerging winners who learned to grow even out of all the odds.Even Legendary athlete Milkha Singh feels that the paralympics deserve the highest recognition and awards that the country can bestow upon them as they are the perfect examples of what can be achieved against all odds.

“These athletes deserve the highest recognition and awards that our country can bestow on them because they are shining examples of what a society can achieve through hard work, determination and commitment,”says Milkha singh.
